1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Services Provided

TIX4EVENTS acts strictly as an assistance proxy for securing event tickets. We provide "Direct Links" and "Ticket Assistance". We do not natively own the event tickets. Success is heavily correlated to platform stability and our system availability, however, it is not absolutely guaranteed due to event organizer circumstances.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

We enforce a strict no-refund policy across all transactions on this platform. By making a submission or payment, you formally acknowledge that:

• All sales and reservations made through TIX4EVENTS are final.
• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a form is submitted and processed under any circumstances.
• In the rare event of a cancellation by the official event organizer, refunds (if any) are dictated entirely by the organizer's terms.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your Discord account used to authenticate with our service. TIX4EVENTS holds no liability for actions taken under a compromised Discord account authenticated into our platform.

5. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
